Free armor mod for Skyrim SE

Immersive Armours SSE CBBE BodySlide is a free Skyrim Special Edition mod that enhances immersive armors by integrating it with Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer and BodySlide. With this mod, you can enjoy the benefits of all three mods in one interface. Immersive Armours SSE CBBE BodySlide adds several fixes to the Immersive Armours content and makes them compatible with Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer. 

Additionally, immersive armor meshes are now editable with BodySlide. Some armors also have entirely new meshes with increased polygons to make them look smoother in-game. If you want to try another armor mod, take a look at Cloaks of Skyrim. 

Features

Detailed body slide files are provided for each female ensemble, including necklaces, boots, and gauntlets. Archer, Apotheus, Ebon Drake Light/Heavy, Ebony Mage, and Paladin are all eligible to remove parts of their meshes in BodySlide. Vanguard, Redguard, and Viking Hauberk meshes have been rebased with increased polygons for smoother rendering.

A fix has been made to Hunter's texture path. New textures have been added to the Ebon Drake Light Alt fox fur. A new mesh has been applied to Paladin thanks to Bmthrooh, as the original was a barrel. A scaling/rotation error on gauntlets and boots has also been corrected.

In addition to fixing the 'double footstep' issue, the plugin adds female mesh support for weight sliders for all meshes and first-person views for both sexes.

BodySlide provides optional physics-compatible versions of Ancient Barbarians, Barbarians, Conan, Mercenaries, Rangers, and Shamans. No support is given for physics-related issues.

Installation

To install this plugin manually, you need to download all the required files and open them with a zip tool. Extract or drag and drop the folders to Skyrim Special Edition/Data and allow overwrites. If you're using Wrye Bash/MO2 or Vortex, download and install the mod as you would with any other. Remember to make the files in this mod overwrite the original files. 

A worthy conversion

In addition to adding all sorts of new outfits, armors, and items to Skyrim Special Edition, this plugin facilitates smoother communication between all the necessary add-ons. You’ll require Immersive Armours, Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer, and Bodyslide and Outfit studio to use this mod. The armor is now fitted to the body presets in CBBE and fully compatible for editing in Bodyslide. The mod isn’t compatible with UNP.
